Yes, the FlavorStone® Pans can be used on an induction hob as well as gas, ceramic, electric, on the grill and in the oven.
The coating is made of water based PFOA free fluororesin and infused with diamond & rock partials making non-stick & Dima-Tough™.
Always cook at a moderate heat. The pan should not be used above 446ºF/230ºC and the glass lid shouldn’t be used in oven temperatures above 18OºC/356ºF.
The FlavorStone® has non-stick coating meaning that you don’t need add any oils when cooking.
The FlavorStone® Diamond Edition pans (without handles or with riveted stainless-steel handles) are oven safe up to 230°C/446°F, while the lids are safe up to 180°C/356°F. The removable handle is not oven safe and should never be put in the oven as it will get damaged and parts of it may melt.
Yes, FlavorStone® Diamond Edition Cookware can be washed in the dishwasher. However, keep in mind that there is no need to use the dishwasher after each use. You can easily clean your FlavorStone® Diamond Edition Cookware by simply wiping the surface with a paper towel and rinsing under hot water.
Frequent and prolonged use of the dishwasher to clean FlavorStone® Diamond Edition Cookware may result in the fading of the color. The maximum temperature for FlavorStone® Diamond Edition Cookware in the dishwasher is 70°C/158°F.
